Freya is a 14 year old entrepreneur who was inspired at the age of 6 to cook. It was something she loved to do and she soon found she was pretty good at it!
Growing up on a dairy farm in the Derwent Valley she decided that cooking was way easier than going and getting the cows in for Dad.
After lengthy chats with Alistair Wise at Sweet Envy, he encouraged her to make Dulche de Leche - a Thick Caramel Sauce used for adding to tarts, donuts or just licking right off the spoon.
After adapting a recipe to get the right consistency and taste Freya adds a bit of love into every batch. One thing turned into another and now Freya has a range of 6 fantastic Tasmanian food products!
